Modular house, 2017

The task:

Create a project of an affordable modular house.

The stage:

The area:

60 sq. m.

The project of a modular house commissioned by an international construction company. The house is designed in the dimensions of the cargo container, which makes it possible to transport it without any obstacles to any point of the planet by airplane or ship. There are several options for planning, depending on the number of residents and their age. The place of docking the modules allows you to arrange them in several floors. There are different types of decoration and color solutions of the facade. The visualization shows an example of the application of facade decoration with panels made of carbon.

The design allows you to install the house on the pontoon. This is very promising for cities in which life on the water is not something surprising.

In the basic configuration, a folding ladder system is used, which allows the roof to be used as a terrace. During the long absence of the owners, the staircase is fully folded, making the terrace inaccessible to outsiders.
